“Hell’s Kitchen” Pagano and “Top Chef Masters” Moonen bring out the big knives for the 2011 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival

On Saturday, February 26, 2011, The One Group’s STK Miami will welcome “Top Chef Master” Rick Moonen to team up with STK’s executive chef, and “Hell’s Kitchen” alum, Ralph Pagano, to present a dinner fit for foodie kings and queens who crave fresh, high-quality steak and seafood fare.

In celebration of this year’s Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival, the highly-anticipated “Surf & Turf” dinner will take place on the mezzanine of STK and will begin with a convivial cocktail reception at 8:00 PM followed by a private dinner at 9:00 PM. Boasting Moonen’s signature, sustainable seafood dishes and Pagano’s decadent prime cuts, together these chefs will join forces to create a four-course culinary masterpiece to be perfectly paired with wines and spirits including Chambord vodka, Herradura tequila, Collingwood whiskey and a selection of wines from organic Bonterra Vineyards.

Food enthusiasts can reserve their seat for this exclusive dining event for the cost of $150 per person (excluding tax and service fee), with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the Boys and Girls Club of America.
