NYY Steak at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek will stage a Veuve Clicquot® Champagne Pairing Dinner on Wednesday, March 2.
The event will begin at 7 p.m. with a cocktail reception at Legends Lounge, followed by an innovative four-course meal at 7:30 p.m. featuring the following Veuve Clicquot® Champagnes – Veuve Clicquot® ’08 Rose, Veuve Clicquot® ’04 Gold Label, Veuve Clicquot® ’06 La Grande Dame and Veuve Clicquot® Demi Sec.
The courses will include NYY Steak Crab Cakes (1st), Tuna Tartare (2nd) and Crispy Pacific Salmon (3rd). The dessert offered will be the NYY Steak Cheesecake.

The evening’s host will be noted winemaker Pierre Casenave, who is an Oenologist at the Champagne House Veuve Clicquot in Reims, France.
Casenave plays a significant role in the communication efforts of Veuve Clicquot – tasting, promoting and training all over the world in French, English and Spanish.
