Texas Best Ranch Girls announce they will be attending the Miami Boat Show and running their 3,000 h.p., custom 36-foot, Skater Powerboat during a photo shoot. Texas Best Ranch Girls are a team of bikini models recently formed to promote premier ranches in Texas. Their appearance at the Miami show marks the first time they have promoted at an event outside Texas.

Texas Best Ranch Girls is the brainchild of Jeff Soele, owner of TexasBestRanches.com, a leading ranch brokerage specializing in live-water and recreational/hunting ranch properties. “We created Texas Best Ranch Girls as part of our efforts to add sizzle to our ranch marketing,” said Soele, Founder/CEO of both companies, “Wait ’till you see our girls! TexasBestRanches.com is gearing up for a record sales year, and the Miami show is just the first in a series of events they will be attending with the girls. After Miami they head to Chicago and then New York. “We see 2011 as a huge year for Texas ranch real estate,” says Soele, “The stock market is at a 2.5 year high, oil prices are up which helps drive the economy, interest rates are low, and credit is flowing again. The country is on a fast-track rebound, and we’ve seen a dramatic increase in Texas ranch activity over the last few months.”

When asked why he’s bringing boats and models to the Miami show to find ranch buyers, Soele responds, “Florida is a second home for us. Our speedboat winters in Miami. Our driver is the world champion racer John Tomlinson of TNT Custom Marine in North Miami. We spend as much time as we can here, and many of our customers are Floridians who buy ranches in Texas to get away from the hurricane season, while still keeping their home in Florida. We’ve invested tens of thousands marketing in Florida, and will continue to do so.”
