The South Florida Technology Alliance (SFTA) will serve as host to a business technology education program that includes a panel discussion titled, “Software Escrow: A Win/Win for Developers and Licensees Alike. What You Don’t Know May Cost You – Protect What Is Yours.” The program will provide information about how to strengthen software licensing contracts as well as how to leverage a software escrow program to its fullest potential. A pre-event workshop will focus on “Economic Gardening,” a state program designed specifically to serve companies in the second stage of business development. The event takes place 4:30 p.m. Thursday, March 25. All attendees will receive a complimentary copy of Software Escrow for Dummies.
