Chef Einat will be presenting her latest cookbook Shuk: From Market to Table, the Heart of Israeli Home Cooking (Artisan, $35), which celebrates the foods of her childhood in Tel Aviv. Chef Allen Susser will be preparing a special menu inspired by the unique flavors and ingredients of Israeli cuisine.
