Seed Food and Wine Festival’s Made in Miami Dinner Connects Chefs and Farmers

unnamed-180Seed Food and Wine Festival, the country’s premiere plant-based conscious living festival is going on its third year this November 2-6th in Miami. SEED is more than just a festival however. It’s a movement committed to elevating the conversation about plant-based cuisine, sustainability and conscious living, which align with Slow Food’s mission to support local, sustainable farmers, purveyors and chefs. Both SEED and Slow Food Miami seek to educate and welcome all Miamians, not just those who ascribe to certain labels, such as “vegan” or “organic.”
Among the events taking place during the festival, SEED takes the opportunity to show some local love by bringing together local chefs, purveyors and farms to host the Made in Miami Farm-to-Table Dinner. The dinner will take place at the Surfcomber on November 5th, 2016 at 7:30pm.

Guests will savor the delicious creations of well-known Miami chefs as they each pair up with a local farm to consciously curate a truly local, sustainable, plant-based five-course meal complimented with local craft cocktails and organic wine.
