The Fairchild Palms, the young professionals’ group affiliated with Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, will host “Fine Wines at Fairchild” from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, January 29.
Guests will enjoy a wine tasting paired with delicious gourmet cuisine from a top local chef. The indoor/outdoor event at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden includes a live performance by internationally renowned Jazz vocalist Nicole Henry, as well as a silent auction and moonlight tram rides, all for a good cause.
All proceeds benefit the Fairchild Challenge environmental education outreach program. At the event, guests will also have a unique opportunity to place orders to purchase the featured wines at discount prices directly from the presenting wine sponsors. Space is limited to 250 guests. Tickets cost $55 by Jan. 25 or $65 at the door. Fairchild Palms members receive a 10-percent discount. Royal Palms members get in free.
