Purse shaped pasta stuffed with 4 cheeses and fresh pear with a gorgonzola sauce.
Soyka Restaurant – Pepper Crusted Tuna
Sliced Ahi tuna, peppered crusted over cucumber salad with joy-ginger vinaigrette.
