Blue Door at Delano – Kobe Beef Sliders
Mini burgers with crispy pancetta and caramelized onions on brioche bread.

Deli Lane – California Dreamin’
Charbroiled chicken, avocado, pesto, sprouts and mozzarella cheese.

Emeril’s Miami Beach – Boudin Croquettes with Thyme Mustard
Fried croquettes filled with pork, rice and Creole seasoning.

Hard Rock Café Miami – Grilled Hawaiian Chicken
Chicken breast grilled and marinated for 12 hours on a fresh ginger soy marinade, basted and topped with grilled pineapple made fresh in-house

Perricone’s MarketPlace and Cafe – Fiochi Pasta
Purse shaped pasta stuffed with 4 cheeses and fresh pear with a gorgonzola sauce.

Soyka Restaurant – Pepper Crusted Tuna
Sliced Ahi tuna, peppered crusted over cucumber salad with joy-ginger vinaigrette.

Trattoria IL Migliore – Pumpkin Ravioli
Pumpkin tortellini in a butter sauce.
