On Friday, October 25, through Sunday, October 27, Wild Thyme Oceanside Eatery, located on the ground floor of The Atlantic Hotel & Spa, will be hosting an unforgettable Culinary Retreat. The weekend will include four custom cooking classes with Wild Thyme’s industry leading team of chefs, mixologists and restaurateurs. Culinary Retreat packages include discounted hotel rates at The Atlantic Hotel & Spa and will provide guests with plenty of time for fun in the sun and a relaxing getaway!

 

The Culinary Retreat Cooking Classes will include:

  • Passion for Pizza: Friday Evening Dinner, October 25 at 7 p.m. – $100.00
    • Learn how to turn Pizza Night into a fun family experience or a unique date night. Learn how to stretch your own dough, create a classic crowd-pleasing pie, and expand your pizza palate with tasty toppings.
  • Floribbean Flavors: Saturday Lunch, October 26 at 12 p.m.  – $75.00
    • This Floribbean cooking class explores best practices and tips for mixing favorites from both Florida and the Caribbean to create a robust palette. Living in South Florida, our culinary team regularly enjoys blending fresh flavors from both areas.
  • Perfect Paella: Saturday Evening Dinner, October 26 at 6:30 p.m. – $100.00
    • In this hands-on class, Wild Thyme’s culinary team will introduce you to the authentic Spanish ingredients that make paella so uniquely delicious. They’ll show you how to prepare the sofrito (or flavor base) and share secrets for ensuring perfectly cooked paella. You’ll enjoy working alongside other guests learning to prepare three tasty variations–a seafood paella, a meat-based version, and a vegetarian option. Guests will also learn best practices for making fresh Sangria!
  • Bottomless Brunch: Sunday Brunch, October 27 at 10:30 a.m. – $75.00
    • Learn how to set-up and host the perfect family-style brunch, with brunch stations and warmers. Plus, you’ll learn how to build a variety of traditional brunch cocktails including Bloody Mary’s, Mimosas and Bellini’s from Wild Thyme’s expert mixologist. Guests will enjoy gourmet food stations and limitless small plates during Sunday ‘Feast’ Brunch with Bottomless brunch cocktails.
