MIAMI CHILDREN’S MUSEUM CELEBRATES ITS 12TH BIRTHDAY SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12TH!

The Miami Children’s Museum on Watson Island in Miami is now 12 years old and we are celebrating in a big way! The Festivities are scheduled for Saturday, September 12th from 11AM to 6PM.   Since it is also Hispanic Heritage month MCM’s lovable mascot Michimu’s 12th Birthday Party will be a real Fiesta of delights along with other traditional birthday treats.  And of course there will be cake!

Join in Michimu’s Celebration with birthday themed games, arts and crafts and music.  There will be singing and dancing, balloon animals and face painting, a Mariachi Band and tasty pastelitos.  Then everyone will join in to sing Michimu Happy Birthday! And of course there will be cake!

Bring the whole family and celebrate Michimu’s 12th birthday Saturday, September 12th from 11AM to 6PM  at Miami Children’s Museum, 980 MacArthur Causeway on Watson Island in Miami, only until Sunday, September 6, 2015 / 10AM to 6PM daily.  Entrance to the exhibit is included in each regular admission to the Museum.  Admission is $18 for adults and children, $14 for Florida Residents, free for children under 1 year and admission for Members is complimentary.  For more information contact the Museum at 305.373.KIDS (5437) or visit www.miamichildrensmuseum.org.   And of course there will be cake!
