Legendary multi-platinum artist Phil Collins highlights an exciting Gala Fundraiser for the Little Dreams Foundation at the intimate Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theatre Saturday, December 6th, 2014 / 8PM. A one-of-a-kind concert experience, that is all happening during the Art Basel festivities on Miami Beach. It is Phil’s only performance this year and his first show in close to 4 years. Also performing will be Grammy award winning Italian singer Laura Pausini, the Hispanic “Queen of Rock” Alejandra Guzman, the Little Dreams Band and more special guests. The concert is presented by Orianne Collins Mejjati and David Frangioni, produced by ACT productions, Inc. Tickets are on sale Friday, September 12th /10AM through TicketMaster.
The Little Dreams Foundation was established by Orianne Collins Mejjati and Phil Collins in February 2000. The Foundation’s objective is to help children and adolescents who have a gift or talent to fulfill their dreams in the artistic and athletic domains and to promote excellence through education, art, and sports. In each world, “Little Dreams” helps the children by supporting them with personalized formation and supervision allowing them to put all the chances of success on their side in order to potentially advance towards a professional career and live off their passion. The Little Dreams Foundation awards scholarships to young talents that it has chosen to support. These scholarships are used to pay for personalized programs, established by taking into account the youth’s age, place of residence, capacities, and personality. Since the Foundation began, they have had the honor of supporting the dreams of hundreds of children from around the world. All proceeds from this event will be used to support underprivileged, talented children throughout South Florida, through the Little Dreams Foundation.
“After seeing so many talented children in need in this community,’ explains Orianne, “we thought it would be wonderful to bring our foundation here to South Florida.”
