SOUTH BEACH PREPARES FOR ITS HOTTEST SUMMER YET AS MERCEDES-BENZ FASHION WEEK SWIM ONCE AGAIN HEATS UP ITS SHORES

Its only the beginning of June, but planning for this summer’s hottest event is in full swing. Editors, buyers, photographers, stylists and industry professionals are gearing up for swimwear’s largest trade event: Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim. Thousands of fashion insiders will descend on South Beach on July 19-23 for five days of runway shows, presentations, parties and special events, as The Raleigh hosts the eighth season of the Event.

 

IMG Fashion, organizers of the event, announced today the preliminary lineup of the Swim industry’s most notable designers that will be showcasing their 2013 Collections: LISA BLUE, ÉCLAIRÉE, AGUA BENDITA, POKO PANO, DOLORES CORTÉS, VITAMIN A BY AMAHLIA STEVENS, NICOLITA, KOOEY AUSTRALIA, CAFFÉ SWIMWEAR, AQUA DI LARA, MARA HOFFMAN SWIM, XTRA LIFE LYCRA® BRAND, CIA.MARÍTIMA, BCBG SWIMWEAR, GOTTEX, RED CARTER, L*SPACE BY MONICA WISE, WHITE SANDS AUSTRALIA, LULI FAMA, WILDFOX SWIM, ANK BY MIRLA SABINO, AGUACLARA, AQUARELLA SWIMWEAR, COTE D’OR SWIMWEAR, SAUVAGE, A.Z ARAUJO, ANNA KOSTUROVA, DORIT, KEVA BY KEVA J, and NAÏLA.

The Cabaña Grande and Oasis, located on the grounds of the historic Raleigh hotel, will once again be home to the week’s sexiest runway shows. Throughout the venue, numerous presentations, parties and VIP events will also be taking place. Over 12,000 guests are expected to walk through Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim and experience the 2013 Collections.
