In the evening, indulge in an intimate dinner featuring a fusion of gastronomies influenced by American culture. Start with a selection from the ³Sushi Roll² or ³Raw Assortment² assortment which include Crab & Shrimp Tower, a compilation of crab meat, Remoulade, poached shrimp, baby frisee and heirloom tomatoes ($19); Shooters Crispy Calamari, fresh calamari lightly fried and served with mixed greens and jalapeno aioli ($14); Fresh Florida Stone Crabs (MKT); or Norme De Mar, a fresh seafood tower including rock lobster tail, shrimp cocktail, Alaskan king crab legs and oysters served with cocktail sauce, mignonette and horseradish ($70).

 

Entrees include Broiled Maine Lobster Tail, fresh Maine lobster served with lemon thyme risotto, asparagus and topped with roasted garlic butter sauce ($35); Cashew Crusted Mahi, fresh Mahi baked in a cashew coating served with sticky rice and in a red Thai coconut curry sauce ($25); and Filet Mignon A La Oscar, grilled filet topped with jumbo lump crab meat in a chili-lime hollandaise and served with potatoes au gratin ($44).

 

Sweet inspirations from the dessert menu feature Caribbean Bread Pudding Flan, bananas foster ice cream in a brown butter tuile ($9); Key Lime Baked Alaska, freshly baked key lime, torched meringue and coconut daiquiri ($7); and Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar, peanut butter mousse in a chocolate crust topped with salted caramel ($8).

 

On Saturday and Sunday, escape to Fort Lauderdale¹s most scenic waterfront brunch. For $26 per person, patrons can indulge in a brunch buffet that includes breakfast meats, a custom omelet station, pancake, waffle and crepe station with toppings spread, bagels with fresh lox, pastries, assorted salads and mini eggs benedict. Enjoy $20 unlimited mimosas or bloody mayswhile gazing out over the soothing sight of boats cruising down the Intracoastal.
