The National YoungArts Foundation, along with the founders of Wynwood’s multi-day III Points music festival, present a collaborative concert series featuring producer and singer James Blake, during Art Basel Miami Beach 2014. On December 5th, James Blake will perform in Miami for his first time ever! The long-awaited debut Miami appearance of this Best New Artist GRAMMY® Award nominee will provide the incredible opportunity to hear and see this “modern master of emotional speculation” (Pitchfork). Blake began his career by making some of the most important music of the 21st century with his 12” EPs (now modern-classics) for the legendary British label R&S, and has released two gorgeous albums on Island Records, with a third seemingly imminent. Taking over the tent on the YoungArts campus in downtown Miami, the series will also feature YoungArts alumni.
