The Paraiso Community, East Edgewater’s hottest waterfront pad, just got even hotter. Superstar DJ David Guetta and Spurs guard Manu Ginóbili — both future residents — appeared at the Paraiso Bayviews sales gallery Tuesday, March 31st for the project’s first unofficial “Celebrity Association Meeting,” where Guetta and Ginóbili toured the property with development team executives Jorge Pérez, Carlos Rosso, and Sonia Figueroa of The Related Group. In fact, Related is launching the last residential tower in the coming weeks, which was the focus of the conversation. A private luncheon followed, courtesy of the charismatic chef and restaurateur Michael Schwartz. The meal gave guests a taste of what they will enjoy at the future beach club Schwartz is programming for the site. With Ultra 2015 just wrapping up and the Miami Heat facing of against the Spurs that evening, there was a lot to talk about at Paraiso. Envisioned as a “private oasis,” Paraiso is prime real estate for celebrities like Guetta who want a peaceful escape from the city without sacrificing proximity to Miami’s hottest entertainment hubs, and Argentinian-born Ginóbili who undoubtedly feels at home in the official U.S. “Capital of Latin America.”
