Leo Holtzman, Brickell’s most sought after craft bartender and founder of Tobacco Road’s popular Cocktail Collection, brings back his brand of high-end cocktail mixology for one night a week at the new American Social Brickell through the month of April.
The Cocktail Collection and Holtzman’s crowd-pleasing mixology tricks will be on display every Thursday evening in American Social’s intimate Kennedy Lounge throughout the month of April. The Cocktail Collection has been a successful excellent addition to the restaurant’s existing Social Hour from 4 to 8 p.m. where guests enjoy 50% off drinks and discounts on popular appetizers and flatbreads.
Leo Holtzman controlled the spirits and chef-inspired ingredients at the legendary Tobacco Road lounge before it closed its doors after a successful 100 year run. Now, after a short hiatus, the Cocktail Collection is back featuring 10 signature cocktails, including eight of which are synonymous with the Cocktail Collection brand; such as the must-have Gardner’s Margarita made with reposado Tequila, bell peppers, Serrano and lime; and the Smoke Fashion prepared with bourbon, bitters and smoke.
The trendy American Social restaurant and bar, which originated on Las Olas Boulevard, recently expanded to a second location in downtown Miami. The Cocktail Collection’s reemergence at one of Brickell’s hottest new restaurants celebrates the art of modern mixology in a waterfront setting on the crisp Miami River and downtown skyline.
