The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County (@arshtcenter) is pleased to announce the return of ARTSLAUNCH, a FREE annual celebration to kick off Miami’s arts season and celebrate the Center’s official box office opening, on Saturday, September 7*.

Soon to be celebrating its 5^thanniversary,ARTSLAUNCHwill include events and family-friendly activities such as a full day of mini performances, interactive workshops with world-class companies, kid’s activities, a farmers market, tours and much more. Additional events and a detailed schedule forARTSLAUNCH2019will be announced soon.

More than 100 of Miami’s cultural organizations participated in the event’s popular Miami DDA Community Arts Village last season. Registration is now open to new and returning participants who would like to showcase their arts and culture offerings for the upcoming 2019-2020 season.Clickhereto apply as an exhibitor in theARTSLAUNCH2019Community Arts Village for free. Deadline for applications is May 1.

In addition to a full day of free activities for all ages, the Center’s box office also officially opens on September 7 offering the first opportunity for the public to purchase tickets to a variety of performances included in the Arsht Center’s upcoming 14^thseason. Ticket handling fees** will be waived on this day for those who purchase tickets in person. A list of shows available for purchase will be announced soon.
