Ginga, the signature restaurant at Bossa House Miami Beach, is opening this winter at 3900 Collins Ave. — and the concept is exactly what it sounds like: Brazilian and Mediterranean, all day, under one roof.

Named for the Brazilian concept of rhythmic flow and movement, the all-day dining restaurant brings together churrasco and kebabs alongside dishes that blend both culinary traditions. The room is designed with the kind of light, airy warmth that makes sense for a hotel restaurant on Collins Avenue — fringe pendant lamps, terrazzo floors, wine storage built into the walls, and a bar that opens to the pool.

Adjoining the restaurant, the Ginga Caipi Bar is dedicated to Brazil's signature cocktail. Caipirinhas are made with cachaça, vodka and sake, alongside a broader cocktail selection and shareable bites. It's a bar built around one drink done many ways — which is a better premise than most.

Ginga opens winter 2026 at Bossa House Miami Beach, 3900 Collins Ave., Miami Beach.
