Daedrian McNaughton is the Jamaican-born, Miami-based founder of Premier Guide Miami and the driving force behind one of South Florida's most recognized lifestyle and entertainment platforms. A full-time flight attendant turned digital media pioneer, Daedrian launched PGM in 2009 with a simple blog and a bold vision — to celebrate everything that makes Miami extraordinary.

Over the years, she has built an impressive body of work that spans the worlds of culture, politics, and entertainment. She was among the select media invited to cover the 1972 Miami Dolphins' historic White House visit with President Barack Obama, and has reported on landmark events including Art Basel Miami Beach, the Dalai Lama's visit to Miami, and the Clinton Global Initiative.

With over 100 celebrity interviews to her name, Daedrian has sat down with icons across every industry — from Dwyane Wade, Al Gore, and Sir Richard Branson, to Kelly Rowland, Betty White, Simon Cowell, Eva Longoria, Anthony Bourdain, and Joan Rivers, among many others. Born and raised in Denmark, Jorn Kaae discovered early on that academia was not his cup of tea and decided to follow his Viking ancestors and ventured out to discover the world. After having lived in many countries in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa working mainly in travel, hospitality and tourism, eventually Jorn accepted the challenge to establish a major European travel company in the US and happily moved to Chicago. Since then, he has lived in several US cities successfully holding executive positions in major hotel and travel companies. Today, Jorn resides in Miami and works as a consultant in hotel, travel and tourism through Kaae & Associates. In his spare time, he proudly serves as Chief Inspiration Officer at Premier Guide Miami (PGM).

In the past 25 years, she has managed to make a name for herself as an outstanding career banker and realtor, driven by her passion and determination to help others.
