Miami Beach is getting a rooftop that doesn't take itself too seriously. Easy's, opening in early 2027 at Hotel Continental Miami Beach (4000 Collins Ave.), is pitching itself as a come-as-you-are destination with sweeping views, Florida-inspired food and cocktails, and prices that don't require a second mortgage.
The concept is deliberately counterprogram to the city's more theatrical rooftop scene. The programming calendar runs weekend brunches, live sports screenings, happy hours and sunset gatherings — the kind of rotation that makes a rooftop a neighborhood spot rather than a one-time destination.
The retro-styled bar — warm wood, neon signage, mid-century stools — gives Easy's a visual identity that reads as Miami Beach without performing it. Easy's opens early 2027 at Hotel Continental Miami Beach, 4000 Collins Ave.
