Hosted by world-renowned chef Massimo Bottura, ‘Once Upon A Kitchen’ celebrates the excellence of Italian cuisine as it embraces other cultures. With special guests from the world of entertainment and music, this is more than just a dinner, it’s a culinary voyage.
On May 5th, 2023, at The Deck in Miami, Massimo Bottura will join hands with Juan Manuel Barrientos from Elcielo and Bernardo Paladini from Torno Subito to create a six-course dinner like no other. This partnership promises to deliver a culinary journey that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving for more.
In addition to the delectable dishes, biochemist, author, and nutritionist Alex Ott will create a series of elixirs during the cocktail reception. And when the dinner is over, the pioneer of electric house, DJ producer Benny Benassi, will take over and ensure that the night becomes an unforgettable one.
