Bud Light Music First’s finale, 50/50/1, will feature an eclectic lineup of artists from around the globe. The 50/50/1 concert series was created in partnership with Live Nation Entertainment.a never-before-seen live music event that will see Bud Light present one concert in each of the 50 states on a single day.Bud Light 50-50-1 presents 50 bands in 50 states and for Florida it’s Metric at the intimate Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theatre.


Tour du Monde: A Moroccan Affair

The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County proudly announces the return of the smash hit, SLAVA’S SNOWSHOW. The show that stole the hearts of more than 30,000 South Floridians when it premiered in Miami in 2008, returns in July for a limited engagement at the Ziff Ballet Opera House.

 

Free Yoga
Every Friday
The UM Life Science & Technology Park

Close the work week with a little relaxation at the UM Life Science & Technology Park, which is offering free yoga classes every Friday this summer. Practice your half lotus and child’s pose during the hour-long class that will surely recharge your batteries just in time for the weekend.  Yoga classes are free and open to the public and will be held on Fridays from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm at 1951 NW 7th Ave. The classes will be held on the first floor of the Park, which is on the east end of the Health District. Slip on your yoga pants, grab a mat and make your way to UMLSTP for Yoga Fridays. Classes will be taught by the well-known yoga instructors of Green Monkey.

 

The Guinness International Champions Cup

Eight teams are taking part in the tournament including club teams from Spain, Italy, England and the United States. On August 6-7, the tournament will culminate as the eight participating teams gather at Miami’s Sun Life Stadium to compete for the championship.
