Watch Schwartz demonstrate several recipes from his new cookbook, Michael’s Genuine Food: Down-to-Earth Cooking for People Who Love to Eat, while Eric Larkee shares tips on complementing the dishes with wine. Participants will receive an autographed copy of Schwartz’s cookbook.
