Enchanted Garden New Year’s Eve Ball at Turnberry Isle Miami

During this enchanted garden celebration, delight in gourmet selections from a lavish reception. Then enjoy a sit-down dinner and dancing. Festivities also include a DJ along with a vocalist, percussionist and saxophonist, dessert buffet, open bar, and champagne toast at midnight. New Year’s Eve at BOURBON STEAK: This New Year’s Eve, ring in 2013 at Celebrity Chef Michael Mina’s famed BOURBON STEAK restaurant. First-seating begins at 6 p.m. and features three courses including a choice of burrata heirloom tomato salad, ahi tuna tartare, Maine lobster cioppino, or crispy pork belly to start; a main course selection between Day Boat scallops, yellowtail snapper, crispy local quail, or American wagyu filet “Rossini” with shallot potato cake and foie gras; and concludes with a choice between warm chocolate polenta cake, traditional beignets or artisanal cheese duo. Second-seating starts at 9 p.m. and features a six-course menu showcasing Petrossian American caviar parfait to start, then proceeds with sweet potato ravioli with white alba truffles, Hudson Valley foie gras, Scottish sea trout and Maine lobster, American wagyu filet, and warm chocolate polenta cake. New Year’s Eve Dinner at Cascata Grill: For a more casual family-friendly option, head to Cascata Grill where our chefs are ringing in the New Year with a dazzling four course menu. Features include an amuse bouche, choice starter of she crab bisque, ceviche, veal cheek or Italian greens and beans and a second course coastal green salad. For the main entrée, guests can choose from a filet of beef with local prawns, lamb two ways, black cod or eggplant napoleon. There’s no sweeter ending than with a selection between the fig & salty caramel tart or roasted pineapple cheese flan. $85 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. From 5 p.m. to close. Hair of the Dog….Recovery Brunch at Cascata Grill: Wake up late and head over to Cascata Grill for the ultimate brunch that’s sure to hit the hangover spot after a late night of jubilation. Features on the buffet include traditional breakfast favorites along with greasy hangover food like John Wayne’s breakfast, Bloody Mary’s, mudslides, screw drivers in addition to an Alka-Seltzer station with aspirin, TUMS, galore. $35, plus tax and gratuity.
