Truffle Season at Toscana Divino

With temperatures beginning to dip, locals can warm up their palate with Toscana Divino’s newly launched Truffle season menu. Experiencing an authentic taste of regional Italy, Executive chef, Julian Baker debuts newly inspired dishes dedicated to Italy’s most prized delicacies. Directly from Alba in Italy, the luxury commodity will be served in a four course tasting at Toscana Divino. All dishes come with two grams of truffle shavings.

Four course menu (priced at $150):

  • “Antipasti” of a truffle-infused tofu and crispy potato salad
  • The “Primi Piatti” will be black and white truffle risotto with savory truffle marshmallows
  • The “Secondi Piatti” is a squad (pigeon) cooked two ways – confit and roasted, truffle caviar, squad consommé and truffle poached egg
  • Dessert is a delicate chocolate gianduia with truffle-infused milk.
