III Forks Prime Steakhouse is planning a three course Mother’s Day feast for Sunday, May 12th from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. First course choices include either a III Forks salad or asparagus soup. Entrée choices include chili rubbed roasted beef tenderloin with white truffle whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus and balsamic glaze or crab-stuffed flounder with blood orange-ancho chili beurre blanc with micro greens and local spring vegetables or fire roasted red pepper chicken with herbed roasted potatoes and sautéed broccolini.
Dessert choices are either a chocolate mousse with miniature chocolate chips folded into chocolate mousse and topped with fresh whipped cream or mandarin orange cake with Satsuma mandarin orange segments and crushed pineapples, folded into moist vanilla cake, layered with a vanilla whipped cream frosting. Adults are $44.95. Children under 12 are $15.95 for soup or salad, entrée and dessert. An a la carte menu is also available. Coffee and tea are included. Excludes tax and gratuity.
