First, you should know that the Tempo is a nimble little hotel taking up floors 3 through 14 in the otherwise residential building. And right now the hotel is in soft-open mode until the place is fully open this summer with a spa, restaurant and pool deck. But we thought you’d want to know about the third-floor watering hole immediately, seeing as how it’s open and serving $4 beers and strong cocktails from a futuristic-looking space with 30-foot windows framing views of the bay.
