Targeting a younger luxury consumer, the collection was created in response to one of today’s most relevant skincare concerns: the way modern life shows up on the complexion, or ‘Modern Fatigue’. Travel, pollution, lack of sleep, digital overload, environmental stressors, and the nonstop pace of daily life can compromise the skin barrier, leaving skin looking dull, uneven, rough, red, fatigued, and less resilient. Swiss Pristine addresses this through a powerful trio of innovations: Swiss Glacial Minerals sourced from Switzerland’s Valais Alps, naturally rich in calcium, magnesium, and potassium; HyPower LP52™, La Prairie’s patented biotechnology active developed through joint research with HES-SO and ETH Zurich; and the House’s Exclusive Cellular Complex™, prized for its repairing, protecting, and energizing properties.
Designed for a new generation of luxury skincare clients, Swiss Pristine marks a major launch for the House: a three-step routine consisting of Essence ($180), Serum ($320), and Cream ($280). Together, these airy, fluid, and comforting formulas strengthen the skin barrier and target six visible signs of stressed skin: fine lines, visible pores, redness, roughness, dullness, and uneven tone. The result is skin that looks smoother, calmer, more radiant, and visibly renewed.
Every detail of Swiss Pristine reflects La Prairie’s vision of skincare as art, including the striking Ice Crackled Lacquer packaging, inspired by the movement and texture of Switzerland’s glaciers. Each vessel features its own unique crackled pattern, transforming the collection into a series of individual objects of art.
