Championship Tickets on Sale THIS SATURDAY, July 3!

Oct. 1-2: IZOD IndyCar Series Championship Weekend

Nov. 19-21: NASCAR’s Ford Championship Weekend Homestead-Miami Speedway is doing it again in 2010: The only venue ever to host all of North America’s premier motorsports’ Championship finales, THE Championship Track will be the site of IZOD IndyCar Series Championship Weekend (Oct. 1-2) and NASCAR’s Ford Championship Weekend (Nov. 19-21). Tickets for both go on sale THIS Saturday, July 3, via (866) 409-RACE or THEChampionshipTrack.com. Kids 12 & under are FREE to three of the five Championships.

“Homestead-Miami Speedway is as unique a Championship venue as you’ll find anywhere in sports,” said track president Matt Becherer. “Consider that all of the other major league sports—the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and the NCAA’s Final Four and BCS—rotate their Championships venues each year. Yet, this fall Homestead-Miami Speedway will host NASCAR’s Ford Championship Weekend for a ninth consecutive year—in the process delivering a robust economic impact felt by businesses, restaurants and retailers throughout the South Florida region.

“On top of hosting Championship events each year, we do so while offering an average ticket price well below that of these other major sporting Championships. Toss in our free parking, kids-free pricing opportunities, and bring-your-own-food-and-beverage policy for both the NASCAR and IndyCar Championship weekends, and that’s as fan-friendly and value driven an approach as you’ll find in big-league sports for a Championship event. And come this Saturday, all the best seats are available by visiting THEChampionshipTrack.com or calling (866) 409-RACE.”
