Verzasca - GroundbreakingVerzasca Group, a privately held, South Florida-based real estate development firm announced today that they have broken ground on their Bay Harbor Islands projects, Le Jardin Residences and Pearl House. These two buildings both offer modern design, as well as world class amenities and panoramic views at the heart of Bay Harbor Islands.

Paul Murphy, President of Charleville Development Corp., is the general contractor for Pearl House and Le JardinResidences, both of which were designed by Frankel Benayoun Architects Inc. and by interior design team Garcia Mathies Interiors Inc. Paul has 50 years of experience as a builder, developer and general contractor and has built some of the most luxurious properties in South Florida including, Marina Blue in Downtown Miami, Blue Condominium in Edgewater and the Regalia in Sunny Isles Beach, which is regarded as the most luxurious building in South Florida.

“We are thrilled to have broken ground on Le Jardin and Pearl House today,” said Gennady Barsky, Executive Chairman of Verzasca Group. “Delivering each phase of the project on time, per our initial plan, has always been so important to us and to be able to continue moving along with our buildings and bring them to market in line with our projected timeline is something we are very proud of.”

Le Jardin Residences is a 30-unit building that will offer two or three bedroom units with an average size of 1,570 square feet. The building will offer residents private porte-cochere entrance, valet parking service, a rooftop pool with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Downtown Miami, Bal Harbour, Miami Beach and Biscayne Bay and more. Each unit will have Subzero and Wolf appliances, nine foot ceilings and generous oversized balconies to complement the luxurious views the building possesses. Additionally, Le Jardin will have a state-of-the-art gym with yoga, steam, and locker rooms, as well as an electric vehicle charging station for electric cars.

Pearl House, a 15-unit building, will offer multiple configurations of two, three and four bedroom units with an average size of 1,700 square feet. Like Le Jardin Residences, the building will include a rooftop pool, barbecue area, Subzero and Wolf appliances, electric vehicle charging stations, generously oversized balconies and rooftop swimming pool and sun deck with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Bay Harbor Islands, Bal Harbour, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach and Biscayne Bay. Remaining consistent with the company’s mission to provide luxury housing at more affordable prices.

Pearl House’s units completely sold out in just a matter of weeks underscoring the high demand for the product and buyers’ confidence in Verzasca’s ability to secure all necessary approvals and bring the building to market quickly. Le Jardin is 50 percent sold.

“Since Verzasca Group’s inception, we had our eyes and minds set on South Florida, particularly Bay Harbor Islands. We saw that there were gaps in what developers were doing and building here; everything was luxury,” added Tim Lobanov, Managing Director at Verzasca Group. “That’s why we designed our buildings to meet the growing demand for affordable luxury in one of the hottest up and coming neighborhoods in South Florida – Bay Harbor Islands. We are anxious to begin work here and turn our exciting plan for these properties into a reality.”

Furthermore, Verzasca’s Sunny Isles Beach project, Aurora, has secured approvals and is expected to launch sales next month. The mixed-use building will be the first new condo development on the West side of Collins Avenue in more than 10 years.

“We’ve received all approvals for Aurora and are moving ahead at full speed to launch sales and break ground in the next year thereafter,” added Darius Kasparaitis, President of Verzasca Group. “The level of interest we have received for the project has been tremendous and we know that Aurora will be a beautiful building that adds value to the community and benefits the neighbors – two things that are very important to us as developers.”
