Slow Wine Tasting

Monday, May 6th, 6pm – 8pm

Slow Wine, the Miami Chapter’s first-ever tasting!
Started in Italy in 2010, Slow Wine is the natural extension of the Slow Food movement. It’s a pragmatic approach to wine highlighting wineries that respect their local terroir through sustainable methods that benefit the environment.

The evening will be led by wine pros, Allegra Angelo of Vinya and Slow Wine Miami Chairperson, and Lisbet Lopez of Amara. You’ll taste several Slow Wines and discover what makes them different from conventional wines. This is an educational-forward tasting for the curious palate and for those looking to make better choices when choosing wine.
