A/X Armani Exchange is a member of a comglamerate of companies owned by The Giorgio Armani Group. As one of the leading fashion and luxury goods groups in the world today with over 5,000 direct employees and 13 factories, it designs, manufactures, distributes and retails fashion and lifestyle products including apparel, accessories, eyewear, watches, jewellery, home furnishings, fragrances and cosmetics under a range of brand names: Giorgio Armani Privé, Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, Armani Collezioni, AJ | Armani Jeans, A/X Armani Exchange, Armani Junior, Armani Teen, Armani Baby and Armani Casa.

There are approximately 165 A/X Armani Exchange stores worldwide, including the recently renovated Miami Beach flagship store, located in the heart of Miami’s Art Deco District.

On December 11, 2009, Armani Exchange, South Beach store re-opened it’s doors with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The corner store has been converted into the X4 concept, and an additional 2,200 square feet has been added, including an impressive 2-story glass facade in Art Deco style. Clients were invited for a first look into the redesigned, and expanded space.

Among those in attendance were the Miami Beach Vice-Mayor Deede Weithorn, and Armani Exchange CEO Harlan Bratcher, who accepted the key to the city.
