PHOENIX RISING: DEMOLITION CEREMONY OF IRELAND INN PAVES THE WAY FOR AUBERGE FORT LAUDERDALE AND BEACHWALK

A morning in Fort Lauderdale marked a historical moment: the final tower of the Ireland’s Inn was ceremonially demolished to pave the way forAuberge Beach Residences & Spa Fort Lauderdale’s upcoming groundbreaking, a collaborative project between The Related Group, Fortune International Group and Fairwinds Group. As construction workers bulldozed the towers with notable onlookers observing on, it marked the upcoming groundbreaking for Auberge, which is slated for groundbreaking later this year—sixth months ahead of construction schedule, where the building will be completed in early 2017.

Later that evening, another door was opening: the establishment of The Related Group’s Beachwalk project in Hallandale with interiors from famed Italian designer Paolo Pininfarina in an intimate ceremony overlooking the sunset. Guests enjoyed bites and tunes all while enjoying the building’s beautiful features.
