‘Orange Drive’; Three-Day Entertainment Experience on South Beach

Union Square Agency, USSE Corp. (Union Square) (Pink OTC Symbol: UCRP) and the Orange Bowl Committee today announced a signed agreement to co-develop Orange Drive, a series of entertainment and college football-related  festivities kicking off on New Year’s Eve and extending through January 2nd.

In a span of nine blocks on Ocean Drive from fifth to 14th street, Orange Drive will blend the excitement associated with Ocean Drive with the tradition of the Orange Bowl, offering musical performances, sports events, a Latin festival, VIP hospitality opportunities and a variety of other appealing activities. A 5,000 seat coliseum is planned to be constructed on the sand where nationally recognized talent will be performing for New Years Eve. Union Square Agency expects this to be one of the largest New Years Eve parties nationally with a special event at midnight.  Local and national brands and media partners are being approached to promote brand activation sites, entertainment pavilions, and local merchants.

“Orange Drive will be a fresh and exciting addition to the Orange Bowl’s community outreach initiatives,” said Eric Poms, CEO of the Orange Bowl Committee.  “We will connect with South Florida residents, football fans and visitors from around the globe in a vibrant setting that will be hard to resist.”

The original mission of the 77-year old Orange Bowl Festival was to bring tourism to South Florida. Orange Drive will stay true to that original mission, creating a new event that will attract an even wider audience for the 2010-11 Orange Bowl Festival, which culminates with the Discover Orange Bowl on January 3, 2011.

“Given the unique capabilities of our team and considering the desirability of South Beach, it is not difficult to understand why we are enthused about taking on this partnership with the Orange Bowl,” said Gary Cioffi, CEO of Union Square Agency.
