Inspired by the flavors found on the Mediterranean Coast, start off with an alluring selection of appetizers including a fresh Horiatiki Greek Salad, flavor-bursting Crispy Cod Beignet, Hummus accompanied by warm pita bread, Zucchini & Eggplant prepared with crispy basil and shiso tzatziki, or yellowfin tuna tartare. For the main course, guests can choose between savory favorites like Grilled Prawns, Faroe Island Salmon, Black Truffle Pasta, Cauliflower Steak, or 4 oz Beef Tenderloin.
