Sopes de Mole—Sampler (Talavera)
An appetizer perfect for sharing with handmade sopes (thick tortillas) topped with house signature moles with chicken, pork or beef
Chiles en Nogada (Jaguar and Talavera)
A classic Mexican dish featuring a pepper stuffed with pork tenderloin and topped with a creamy walnut sauce and pomegranate seeds, uniquely presented to showcase the colors of the Mexican flag
Almohadas de Cajeta (Jaguar and Talavera)
Sweet crepes filled with dulce de leche and toasted hazelnuts served with caramelized bananas and vanilla ice cream
Jaguar will offer traditional margaritas as well as a large selection of premium tequilas, homemade Sangrita, and a variety of Mexican beers including Negra Modelo, Pacifico and Dos Equis.
