Latitude One was proud to announce the grand opening of their new International Business Center and Virtual Offices in downtown Miami. Mark Trowbridge, President and CEO of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, had the honor of cutting the ribbon on the two, state-of-the-art floors designed to cater to the growing demand for affordable and flexible office space from small businesses, downsized companies, displaced professionals, start-ups and international companies looking for a U.S. presence.
Right Space Management has been chosen to oversee the International Business Center with Carolina Rendeiro at the helm. Rendeiro is also the president of Office Business Center Association International, the industry’s nonprofit trade association.
“We are looking at the new, business center not only as an amenity to Latitude One but also as an incubator and hub for start-up companies,” explains Karen Fish-Will, President of Peabody Real Estate, LLC and Vice-President of Peabody Properties Miami which manages Latitude One. “Latitude One’s new virtual office lounge will allow local and international companies to use our meeting space facilities and downtown Miami address to further grow their business.”
