Adding to an already impressive roster of shops and eateries, The Village at Gulfstream Park is happy to welcome the latest group of tenants to open this month, including Cantina Laredo, The Container Store, Pacific Paradise, Expose, Martier, Caffe Martier, Martier Lingerie and Brio Tuscan Grille. The Container Store, the nation’s originator and leading retailer of storage and organization products, has proudly supported communities where its stores are located since the retailer opened its first store more than 30 years ago in Dallas.  The Container Store opened its second South Florida location in Hallandale Beach at The Village at Gulfstream Park on Saturday, March 6.  Concluding grand opening weekend festivities, The Container Store took great pride in donating a percentage of its grand opening weekend sales to Kids In Distress, ultimately making a contribution totaling $13,500.

Shopping for a more relaxed fit? Pacific Paradise, the first outpost of the store’s signature Lincoln Road location, also recently opened and carries men’s and women’s fine resort-style clothing such as Tommy Bahama, Robert Graham, Nat Nats, and Lacoste.

Adding some spice to the mix is Cantina Laredo, serving a variety of authentic, gourmet Mexican dishes in a sophisticated atmosphere. Dishes include daily fish specials, grilled chicken and steaks complemented by signature sauces such as chipotle-wine with Portobello mushrooms or sautéed artichoke hearts and roasted red bell peppers. Other offerings include the signature Casa Rita margarita and a Sunday brunch with complimentary Bloody Marys and Mimosas.

Fashionistas will fall for Expose, an exclusive upscale boutique and New York import stocked with the latest designer labels from J Brand Jeans and Ya Ya to the industry’s biggest names like Cavalli and Badgley Mischka, as well as Martier, specializing in handmade custom dresses by Dominican born designer, Anel Verna. Also under Martier ownership, Martier Lingerie, carrying luxury designer lingerie. Shoppers can then sit back and relax at Caffe Martier, offering shoppers fine coffees, delectable pastries and gourmet sandwiches.
