This past weekend, fans were treated to an unforgettable concert event with Keith Urban at the grand opening of “Keith Urban’s HIGH in Vegas,” his brand-new Las Vegas residency at BleauLive Theater inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The four-time GRAMMY® Award-winning global superstar delivered two high-octane shows Friday and Saturday evening, marking the debut of the resort’s first-ever residency.
Daytime temperatures peaked at over 100 degrees in Vegas, but things were hotter on stage, (as one reviewer put it), where Urban’s sold-out crowd remained standing for the entire two and a half hour show. From the open to close, Urban cut through hit after hit, including “Somewhere In My Car,” “Somebody Like You,” “Blue Ain’t Your Color” and “Wasted Time,” as well as songs from his latest album, HIGH, including “Messed Up As Me,” “Chuck Taylors,” “Go Home W U” (with Lainey Wilson) and “Straight Line.”
Urban has been hailed as one of the best live performers of any musical genre and his fast-paced, immersive “HIGH in Vegas” concert experience clearly shows why.
“This weekend was nothing short of spectacular as Keith Urban brought the energy to BleauLive Theater with the debut HIGH in Vegas,” said Fontainebleau Las Vegas Senior Vice President of Entertainment, Fedor Banuchi. “At Fontainebleau Las Vegas, we aim to be at the forefront of elevated enterainment experiences, and Keith did not disappoint. We look forward to many more shows together!”
