Step into a whimsical world at Habibi Miami, the new waterfront French Moroccan supper club officially opened on October 10. Led by acclaimed Executive Chef Wladimir Arévalo, known for his work at Bib Gourmand-winning Doya, this enchanting destination offers a culinary escape infused with the rich traditions of French Morocco, all under the guidance of hospitality visionary Roman Jones.
Housed in a striking tent-like structure inspired by Moorish architecture, Habibi Miami immerses guests in the luxurious aesthetics reminiscent of vibrant riads. With captivating décor that echoes a Wes Anderson film—think retro pinks and teals—the atmosphere evokes a dreamy Tangier from the Beatles era. Designed by Mark Lehmkuhl of Ghosthouse Design Group in collaboration with Love Lake Studios, the space is as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the palate.
Arévalo’s menu invites diners to indulge in a royal banquet of aromatic Moroccan spices and classic culinary techniques. Signature dishes include Shish-Barak de Wagyu Dumplings, Roulés Caramélisés crisp phyllo rolls filled with tangy goat cheese and truffles, and Côtelettes d’Agneau, spiced lamb lollipops served with roasted carrot purée. A sweet finale awaits with Baklava Cheesecake, all while nightly entertainment—ranging from belly dancers to percussionists—adds an immersive dinner theater experience.
The bar program echoes the North African and Mediterranean theme, featuring innovative cocktails crafted using unique techniques like fat washing. Signature drinks such as the “Ali” Fashioned, with peanut butter washed bourbon, and the Moroccan Margarita, infused with harissa pineapple reduction, promise to beautifully complement the flavorful cuisine.
Joining the culinary scene, Habibi Miami invites guests to enjoy dinner from Tuesday to Saturday from 7 p.m. until late, transforming ordinary nights into extraordinary feasts of flavor and spectacle.
