Experience and enjoy a fabulous 5-Course Wine pairing dinner featuring Grille 401’s imaginative and flavorful dishes paired with the ultra premium wines of B.R. Cohn Winery of Sonoma Valley
- · Guests will begin the evening with the wonderful appetizer pairings of Braised Short Rib Sushi, Osaka-Style Pressed Tuna Roll, and Grilled Vegetables Bruschetta with Goat Cheese & Balsamic Vinegar, accompanied by B.R. Cohn Winery’s Cabernet Silver Label and Chardonnay Silver Label. Following is a delightful Warm Goat Cheese & Beet Salad. They will then delight in a first course entrée of Asian Sea Bass in a Sherry Soy Broth paired with a Chardonnay Sangiacomo. The second course entrée will be a mouth-watering Hawaiian Marinated Certified Angus Beef Skirt Steak paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon Olive Hill. For Dessert a lovely B. R. Cohn Zinfandel will be accompanied by a sinfully delicious Flowerless Chocolate Waffle with Dried Cherries a la Mode to cap off the night.
