Gabriel Iglesias Presents Stand-Up Revolution premiered on Comedy Central in October 2011 and was one of the highest rated stand-up series on the network. The series starred Iglesias, who hosted and performed stand-up material and featured an array of talented and diverse comedians, which he personally selected. The highly anticipated second season of “Stand-Up Revolution” was taped in Fort Lauderdale and premiered on Comedy Central in Fall of 2012. This year, he was also nominated for a 2012 ALMA Award in the category: Favorite TV Reality, Variety, or Comedy Personality or Act.
Gabriel Iglesias has been described as a witty, electrifying and talented performer who has the ability to consistently deliver a uniquely hilarious comedy experience. Igelsias has co-hosted top rated YouTube series’, Ray William Johnson’s =3 and Epic Meal Time. He also starred in the Warner Bros. mega-hit movie, Magic Mike. He was top billed at the Just for Laughs Comedy Festivals in Montreal and Toronto and in 2009 and 2010, Iglesias was selected to headline the Amman Jordan Comedy Festival, the first of its kind in the Arab world.
