The Italian-Argentine chef who has made France his home is revered for a style that defies categorization, preferring to focus on seasonal and fresh local ingredients and a natural style of cooking. In 2009, Colagreco became the first non-French chef to be awarded Chef of the Year by Gault Millau, and commands a global restaurant empire that includes the thrice Michelin-starred Mizaur in Menton, France and Florie’s at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. Join us for a night of unlimited decadence curated by a true maestro of the craft as you sip on perfectly paired wine from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio in the elegant setting of Florie’s at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach.
