One of America’s leading culinary authorities and chef/owner of a restaurant empire spanning the globe, with multiple James Beard Awards and coveted Michelin star recognition, Daniel Boulud opens his kitchen to power couple and James Beard Award semi-finalists, Kristen Essig and Michael Stoltzfus, chef/owners of Coquette in New Orleans, LA for a vibrant celebration of coastal cuisine. Boulud’s traditional French and aromatic coastal Mediterranean flavors combine with Essig and Stoltzfus’ soulful Southern and Gulf Coast fare for this unprecedented dining experience. This is an opportunity to savor the bright flavors of the Mediterranean and Gulf coasts surrounded by the jewel tones and casual elegance of Boulud Sud – all complemented by wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
