On October 24th, 2009 the Wolfson Campus of Miami Dade College will begin a new series of cooking classes, “Cooking Under Fire”.
Cooking Under Fire w/ Chef Shashank – A Learning Series from the Sidewalk Chef
For 28 hours you’ll pay $345. The class includes the following:
-Cooking in a limited space, with only the equipment and utensils you could find in any kitchen, on a budget, and in 30 minutes or less!!!
Best of all, you can taste what you make and the chef’s book is included!
When: Saturdays, 12 noon – 4pm
