Classic Italian Favorites Added to Menu at The Max Group’s Assaggio del Forno in Boca Raton’s Regency Court

Assaggio del Forno, the newest addition to The Max Group’s restaurant offerings, has expanded its menu to include classic Italian-American favorites.   New menu items include Veal Saltimbocca, Veal Piccata, Chicken Marsala, Shrimp Scampi Bruschetta and Lemon Roasted Murray’s Chicken, all served in the hearty portions sizes made popular at Max’s Grille.

In addition, Assaggio del Forno continues to offer its popular artisan wood fire pizzas, antipasti, and salads.  These favorites include Roasted Beet Salad, Chopped Antipasti, Veal Milanese Salad, wood oven baked meatballs and crispy calamari with lemons and olives.

Assaggio del Forno serves lunch and dinner in a casual, 200 seat, 5,000 square foot restaurant, showcasing artisanal pizzas, as well as regional and classic Italian and Italian American specialties using the freshest, high-quality ingredients. The restaurant features a handcrafted wood-burning pizza oven, a spacious bar, indoor dining room and large outdoor patio seating.

Restaurateur Dennis Max and his partners in The Max Group opened Assaggio del Forno in Boca Raton’s Regency Court at Woodfield in February, located at Yamato and Jog Roads.  Assaggio del Forno is the newest addition to the restaurant management company’s “Lifestyle Dining Concepts” expansion.  While iconic Max’s Grille at Boca Raton’s Mizner Park celebrates its 21th year in business, The Max Group opened Max’s Harvest in Delray Beach in June 2011.

The Max Group Partner, Chef Patrick Broadhead, serves as the restaurant’s executive chef and the General Manager is David Simes.
