It’s no secret that the rooftop restaurant Juvia Miami Beach is a place to see and be-seen for both locals and visitors alike. For this midday affair during the Festival, guests will enjoy the seemingly translucent glass walls offering a sprawling view of South Beach while the palate is satiated by a collaborative brunch from Juvia Executive Chef Sunny Oh and Zagat’s 2013 top 30 up-and-coming chefs under 30, Cedric Vongerichten. These two culinary maestros share an enthusiasm for Asian-inspired cuisine, and have trained under the influences of renowned chefs like Nobu Matsuhisa and Vongerichten’s father, the acclaimed Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Prior to taking over at Juvia, Oh served as Executive Chef at Nobu New York, NY and in addition to leading the helm at Perry St. in New York, NY, Vongerichten recently opened Wayan in Manhattan, a French-Indonesian concept. Together, these masterminds will guide diners through an expertly-crafted culinary journey during this collaborative Festival brunch accompanied by wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
