Double your pleasure when Bryan Voltaggio and Claire Robinson teach you to cook up a full-course meal based on their specialties. Bryan was a  Top Chef Season 6 contestant and Claire found success with her 5 Ingredient Fix show on the Food Network and a recently released cookbook by the same name.

Radio personality Paul Castronovo from the Paul & Young Ron Mornings show will unveil his Castronovo wine brand from his very own vineyard in Italy. The 2007 Montepulciano d’Abruzzo is structured as a Cabernet, has the elegance of a Merlot and the gentleness of an old world Pinot Noir. Castronovo is one of the most popular radio DJ’s in all of South Florida, and has co-hosted his now infamous show for more than 20 years.

Foams, flash-freezing and vacuum-sealed cooking could well appear on the scene as this forward-looking hands-on cooking class strives to take your culinary skills in new directions. Get ready to roll up your sleeves as you help prepare the day’s menu, and then share an opportunity to sit down afterward for lunch (accompanied by fine wines) with Bryan and Claire, the talented chefs promise not to judge your cuisine!
