AYAMA YOGA LAUNCHES PRENATAL CLASSES FOR MOMS-TO-BE

Expecting a child, especially for new moms, brings forth anxiety and stress that can be difficult to cope with.  To help moms-to-be slow down and breathe, Ayama Yoga Center is offering a weekly prenatal yoga class to keep rapidly changing bodies limber, tone muscles and improve balance and circulation safely with minimum impact on joints.

The deep breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques associated with yoga also help one prepare for the physical demands of labor, birth and motherhood.  Women of all ages, and in any stage of their pregnancy, are welcome.

“Yoga is an ideal way to stay in shape while pregnant,” said Mano Ardissone, owner of Ayama Yoga in North Miami.  “Taking a prenatal yoga class is a great way for pregnant women to network, socialize and become part of a community.”

Prenatal yoga classes will be taught by Sada Simran Kaur (Anette Uziel), a certified yoga and prenatal yoga instructor by 3H0 with more than 15 years of experience.  She is registered with the Kundalini Research Institute and the Yoga Alliance.
