Part of our ongoing curation of what it means to live, love, and play in the Magic City.
This October, Slow Food Miami invites you to the table for A Celebration of Sustainable Seafood — a special collaborative dinner celebrating our local waters, responsible sourcing, and the people working to create a more sustainable food system.
On Wednesday, October 14th, Chefs Chris Robertson, Allen Susser, and Florida Education Institute will come together for an intimate evening inspired by the principles of Slow Fish: good, clean, and fair seafood for all.
The Experience
The evening begins with a specially crafted welcome cocktail and amuse-bouche, followed by a curated five-course tasting menu featuring fresh seafood caught the same day. The evening is generously supported by Everglades Oysters and Nami Sake, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Slow Fish movement.
A Night for Our Waters
Slow Fish encourages us to think beyond what's on the plate — to understand where our seafood comes from, support responsible fishing and local producers, protect aquatic ecosystems, and celebrate the incredible biodiversity of our waters. This dinner brings those values to life through food.
